I do believe MCF appears in both FI and VI...any ideas as to why he makes the cut more than once? Is anyone aware of any other characters who appear in more than one story?

      Further reading lent me some insight. Ellen Cherry Charles appears both in SL&A and JP. "Fuck the Dallas Cowboys" appears in JP and FI. I'm sure there are other connections, but that is all I have for now.
